NOTICE OF MONTHLY DUES INCREASE
The monthly dues will be increased by $100 beginning June 1, 2023.
The new amount due monthly will be $349. The increase of $100 will be allocated as follows:
(1) $70 to the Reserve Account every month; (2) $30 to the operating account every month.

INSURANCE PREMIUM PAYMENTS:
State Farm premiums are due on or before June 30 annually.
State Farm provides the amount due in late May.
The BOD calculates each premium based on square footage.
The owners' individual bills are sent by USPS in early June.
